Today was an incredibly interesting and eventful day for forex traders. We experienced a classic whipsaw where US equity markets rallied hard on the open and the gave up all of their gains plus more than points into the close. However, I do want to take this opportunity to explain support and demand zones and show you how they can benefit you on days like this, and really any day! Forex supply and demand zones are simply that: Basically, these are old support and resistance levels that you would expect to halt price action on the way up and down. I tend to draw my supply zon in a red color while my demand zones are forex. This allows me to easily visualize the difference as a sell teknik buy zone. The three zones above would have provided us with some great trading opportunities. Unfortunately, there are no hard rules in how to draw forex demand and supply zones. Think of drawing these zones as more of an art rather than science. A couple things you should keep in zon though:.
